A large percentage of problems can be repaired by contacting us before shipping the product back to us.
Step Two - If directed by a return email or by phone support, return the products as follows.
Returning the Products for Repair
Please note that "No Dealer" (See Note below) is equipped to service our Products.
The Fastest method is to return the unit directly to R. U. Ready Electronics Ltd.

1) Always include a detailed description of the problem and a return address.
2) Please Do Not return products by Courier, Air Freight or any other method except "Air Mail" as delays are very common and Parcels without a Tariff number will have Canadian Customs handling charges applied.

Warranty Schedule for Firearm Timers Only
Effective November 01/2007
Warranty Repair during the first year of Ownership.
Under our one year Warranty policy (See Note*) your Speed-Timer 3000 Non RF or RF will be repaired or exchanged with a new unit at R. U. Ready Electronics Discretion, no charge and we pay return shipping.
Note*: To check the manufacturing Date of a Speed-Timer remove the sponge from the battery compartment and read the four digit date code. Example 0506-XXXX (Manufactured (05) May (06) 2006). Under certain conditions where dealers may have had the Speed-Timer on the shelf for a period of time, please submit your invoice with your return to confirm your purchase date.
After Warranty Exchange Flat Rate Program, Old for New,
which applies to any Speedtimer 3000 (Yellow Case) in any condition.
Year Two $45.00 plus shipping
(Your machine will be replaced with a new Speed-timer 3000 Non RF or RF)
Year Three $75.00 plus shipping
(Your machine will be replaced with a new Speed-timer 3000 Non RF or RF)
Year Four and Five $90.00 plus shipping
(Your machine will be replaced with a new Speed-timer 3000 Non RF or RF)
Years Six or older $100.00
(Your machine will be replaced with a new Speed-timer 3000 Non RF or RF)
Speedtimer, One or Two (2) Models in access of ten years old,
in Black or White Cases are no longer repaired, do to parts availability, sorry.
